Outreach Mission
Dental outreach is crucial for improving community health, especially in underserved areas. As dental professionals, we see how a lack of access to care can lead to serious health issues, from tooth decay to heart disease. By providing services directly to those in need, we not only prevent oral health problems but also empower individuals with the knowledge to take charge of their own health.
Outreach creates a ripple effect—improving quality of life, reducing long-term healthcare costs, and strengthening communities. It’s about more than just fixing teeth; it’s about offering hope and building healthier futures. I encourage all dental professionals to get involved and make a real difference—because together, we can help bridge the gap and create a healthier tomorrow.
ORCAA- Guatemala City, Guatemala UFM
Dr. Usry attended an ORCAA Global event back in Septemeber 2024, in Guatemala that offered him the chance to enhance his skills through advanced implant procedures and surgery training, while working under some of the best OMFS surgeons and experienced dentists. He attended as a level two and wants to go back for a level 3 course. Through this Dr. Usry gained hands-on experience, learned new techniques, and had access to cutting-edge tools, all of which can improve patient care and outcomes. Additionally, the event allowed dentists to give back to underserved communities, expanding their impact. Learn about his impact with ORCAA below.
